- Be a unified voice of the Bengali Business Community.

- Promote more and more Bengalis to take up business as a Career. Promote existing Start – Ups and Small Businesses owned by Bengalis to scale up.
- Promote internal business among the Council Members.
- Promote Business Development in a Collaborative and Cooperative manner for Council Members.
- Represent members in case they need to interface with the Government on any issues of policy affecting them.
- Perception and Psychotropics define decisions in the Business world. We need to change the perception that Bengalis are not good at Business by highlighting and popularising the history and achievements of Bengali Businessmen.
